Accessing Share Options

1. Open your form in the builder
2. Click the “Publish” tab in the top navigation
3. The share panel shows all available options

• Show: The form URL with copy button, social media icons, and embed code tabs.

Direct Link Sharing

Every form gets a unique URL that you can share directly.

Copying the Link

1. In the Share tab, find the Form URL field
2. Click the Copy button next to it
3. The link is copied to your clipboard

Social Media Sharing

Quickly share your form on social platforms with one click.

Available Platforms

• Facebook – Share as a post on your feed or page
• Twitter/X – Tweet the form link
• LinkedIn – Share professionally
• WhatsApp – Send directly via WhatsApp
• Email – Open email client with link pre-filled

Click any social icon to open that platform’s share dialog with your form link pre-populated.

The script embed provides the best experience with dynamic sizing.

Copying Embed Code

1. In the Publish page, select “Embed”
2. Choose your embed type (Script or iFrame)
3. Click “Copy Code”
4. Paste into your website’s HTML

Where to Embed

• WordPress: Use a Custom HTML block
• Squarespace: Use a Code block
• Wix: Use the HTML iframe element
• Shopify: Add to theme liquid files or use an app
• Any HTML page: Paste directly into the body

Custom URL

Create a memorable, branded URL for your form.

Setting a Custom URL

1. In the Share tab, find the “Custom URL” section
2. Enter your desired URL slug (e.g., “contact-us”)
3. Click “Save”
4. Your form is now accessible at: uplup.com/your-custom-url

URL Requirements

• Use only letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores
• Must be unique across all Uplup forms
• Case-insensitive
