Form Analytics & Submissions Dashboard | Uplup

View, analyze, and export your form submissions with Uplup’s built-in analytics. See summary statistics, browse individual responses, and download data for further analysis.

Accessing Results

To view form submissions:

  1. Open your form in the builder
  2. Click the “Results” tab in the top navigation
  • What to capture: The Results tab showing the main dashboard.
  • Show: Summary metrics at top, submissions list below, and tab navigation.

Overview Metrics

The Overview tab displays key performance metrics:

Form Metrics

  • Total Submissions – Number of completed form submissions
  • Today’s Submissions – Submissions received today
  • Conversion Rate – Percentage of views that became submissions
  • Average Completion Time – How long users take to complete
  • Unique Page Views – Number of times the form was loaded

Quiz-Specific Metrics

For quizzes, you also see:

  • Average Score – Mean percentage across all attempts
  • Pass Rate – Percentage of quiz takers who passed
  • Highest/Lowest Score – Score range

Submissions List

All submissions are displayed in a table format.

Table Columns

The table shows:

  • Name/Email – Respondent identification
  • Date – When submitted
  • Completion Time – Time taken
  • Quiz Score – Score percentage (for quizzes)
  • Pass/Fail – Status badge (for pass/fail quizzes)

Pagination

Submissions are paginated with 100 per page. Use Previous/Next buttons or jump to a specific page.

Viewing Individual Responses

Click any row in the submissions list to view the full response details.

Submissions Detail View

The detail view shows:

  • User Details: Name, email, phone, location
  • Submission Info: Date, time, completion duration, submission ID
  • All Responses: Each field with its answer displayed in a readable format
  • Quiz Results: Score breakdown, correct/incorrect answers (for quizzes)
  • What to capture: A single submission’s detail view.
  • Show: User info card, submission metadata, and field responses.

Analytics Tabs

The Results section includes multiple analytics views:

Overview Tab

Key metrics cards and conversion funnel visualization.

Performance Tab

  • Success rate percentage
  • Average session duration
  • Hourly activity distribution (bar chart)
  • Daily patterns by day of week
  • Field performance metrics

User Behavior Tab

  • New vs returning visitors
  • User type distribution (pie chart)
  • Top participants table

Geography Tab

  • Top countries by submissions
  • Geographic distribution breakdown
  • Region-level data where available

Filtering & Searching

Search

Use the search box to find submissions by:

  • Email address
  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Submission ID
  • Any field value

Date Range Filter

Filter submissions by date range:

  1. Click the Filter button
  2. Set start and end dates
  3. Click Apply Filters

Exporting Data

Download your submissions for external analysis or record-keeping.

Export Format

Data exports to CSV format, which can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.

Exporting Submissions

  1. Go to the Results tab
  2. Click “Export”
  3. Select the fields/columns to include
  4. Choose a date range (optional)
  5. Enter a filename
  6. Click Export

Export Includes

  • All form field responses
  • Submission metadata (date, time, ID)
  • Quiz-specific data (score, percentage, pass/fail)
  • Personality result (for personality quizzes)
