Form Analytics & Submissions Dashboard | Uplup

View, analyze, and export your form submissions with Uplup’s built-in analytics. See summary stats, browse individual responses, drill into Performance, Behavior, Geography, and Campaigns, then export to CSV, Excel, or JSON.

Accessing Results

To view form submissions and analytics:

  1. Open your form in the builder.
  2. Click the Results tab in the top navigation (alongside Create, Logic, Connect, and Share).

The Results screen has three sub-tabs: Submissions, Analytics, and (for forms with a Payment Page) Payments.


Top Stats Row

While the Submissions sub-tab is active, an inline stats row sits at the top of the page:

  • Total – All submissions on this form.
  • Today – Submissions received today.
  • Conversion – Percentage of views that became submissions.
  • Revenue – Total collected (only when the form has a Payment Page).

The Analytics sub-tab has its own metric cards covered below.


Submissions List

The Submissions sub-tab shows every response as a list. Each row displays:

  • The respondent’s name (falls back to email, phone, or “Submission #”).
  • Email or phone number, country code, and submission date.
  • Completion time, when known.

Pagination

Submissions are paginated 100 per page with Previous/Next controls.


Viewing an Individual Response

Click any row to open the detail panel for that submission.

The detail panel shows:

  • User details captured by the form (name, email, phone, location).
  • Submission metadata – submission ID, date, time, and completion duration.
  • All field responses rendered in a readable format.

Analytics Sub-Tabs

Click the Analytics sub-tab to see five views: Overview, Performance, Behavior, Geography, and Campaigns.

Overview

Four metric cards plus a conversion funnel:

  • Submissions – Total completed submissions, with day-over-day trend.
  • Conversion Rate – Percentage of views that converted, with bounce rate beneath.
  • Unique Visitors – Unique people who loaded the form.
  • Avg. Time – Average completion time.

The Conversion Funnel chart breaks the journey into Page Views → Started → Completed.

Performance

  • Success Rate, Avg Session, and Active Days metric cards.
  • Hourly Activity bar chart.
  • Daily Patterns by day of week.
  • Field Performance table.

Behavior

  • User Types pie chart (new vs returning).
  • Visitor Breakdown details.
  • Top Participants table.

Geography

  • Submissions by Country.
  • Top Regions within those countries.

Campaigns

The Campaigns tab groups submissions by UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) so you can compare ad and channel performance.


Filtering & Searching

Search

The Search box (top-right of the Submissions sub-tab) finds rows by name, email, phone number, submission ID, or any field value. Press Enter to apply.

Date Range Filter

  1. Click the sliders icon next to Search to expand the filter bar.
  2. Pick a start and end date.
  3. Click Apply. Use Clear to reset.

Status Filter

Filter the list to completed or pending submissions, or show all.


Exporting Data

Click the Export button at the top-right of the Analytics sub-tab to open the export dialog.

Available Formats

  • CSV – Opens in any spreadsheet app.
  • Excel (XLSX) – Native Excel workbook.
  • JSON – Structured data for developers and integrations.

Steps

  1. On the Analytics sub-tab, click Export.
  2. Pick which fields/columns to include.
  3. Choose a date range (optional).
  4. Enter a filename and pick a format.
  5. Click Export Analytics.

What’s Included

  • All form field responses for the selected period.
  • Submission metadata (date, time, ID).
  • Funnel counts (Views, Started, Completed) when included as fields.
