You can set up a Newsletter Subscription entry method. Once the user completes this entry method, their name/email will automatically get added to you newsletter list (in your chosen provider) instantly.
Forms:
Once the user completes the form and submits the final page, their name, email, and other important PII will be added to your chosen newsletter list for your CRM.
