Harassment, PTO, and data breaches: the ground these questions cover

The mix runs single choice, select-all, and true or false. One scenario asks "What should you do if you witness workplace harassment?" and offers four options ranging from ignoring it to reporting it to HR or a manager right away. Another is a plain true or false statement: "You can share your work login credentials with a trusted colleague if you're out sick." Two select-all items push harder, asking takers to pick out every piece of confidential information and every code of conduct violation from mixed lists.

Each item carries the same 12.5 points, so no single topic dominates the grade. Takers can revisit earlier answers before submitting and can skip anything rather than stall on it, with a completion meter tracking where they stand. There is no timer and no leaderboard, which suits a compliance check better than a competition.

What happens at the 80 point line

Grading is pass or fail: 80 of the 100 available points clears the bar, anything under it does not. Miss the PTO question and you will read that policy asks for two weeks of notice; miss the breach scenario and the explanation names IT Security as the immediate contact. Make it match your handbook before anyone takes it

The template ships with generic policy answers: two weeks for PTO, a $50 vendor gift limit, and so on. Yours may differ, and every question, option, correct answer, point value, and the pass mark itself can be edited to match your actual handbook. Add your company logo and colors so the quiz reads as internal training, not a third party form.
