Live interactive preview - try it out!
Nursing students cramming for a lab practical, biology teachers building a warm-up, and trivia fans who think they know the body: this quiz was made for all of you. It runs 14 questions covering bones, muscles, organs, and nerves, and it plants a few myth traps along the way to catch confident guessers.
Fourteen questions from the stapes to the sciatic nerve
The quiz opens on a cover page and moves through 14 scored questions before landing on a results page. Most are single-answer, like "What is the largest organ of the human body?" where the answer is skin, not the liver or lungs. Two questions ask you to select every option that applies, such as picking which organs belong to the digestive system, where the stomach, liver, and pancreas count but the spleen and kidneys do not.
The myth traps are the fun part. One statement claims humans use only 10 percent of their brains, which is false. Another repeats the old tongue-map idea that sweet is tasted at the tip and bitter at the back, also false. A third insists the heart sits entirely on the left side of the chest, when it actually rests near the center and tilts only slightly left. Each question is worth 10 points, and after you answer, an explanation tells you why the right answer is right.
Made for students, nursing classes, and biology teachers
Students use it to check what they remember before an exam. Nursing and anatomy-and-physiology classes lean on the same body-systems questions they will see on assessments, and the built-in explanations turn a wrong guess into a quick lesson. Teachers hand it out as a starter activity or a low-stakes review, since nothing here is meant for clinical or medical use. The template sits on the free plan, so a whole class can play without anyone reaching for a credit card.
Because it is a general human anatomy quiz rather than a graded test of record, it works just as well for a family trivia round or a study group racing each other on the leaderboard.
How scoring and the pass mark work
Every question carries 10 points, so the full quiz is worth 140. The pass mark is set at 65, which means a player needs to clear that to pass. Scoring is point-based, and a leaderboard ranks takers so a class can compete. There is no timer running, so players can take the time to reason through each answer rather than rush.
Questions are shuffled on each attempt, so two students sitting side by side will not see them in the same order. Takers cannot skip a question, but they can step back to review an earlier answer, and a progress indicator shows how far along they are. Retaking is switched on, so anyone can run it again to beat their score.
Make it match your own syllabus
Everything is yours to edit. Change the questions, rewrite the answer options, adjust the points or the pass mark, and swap the results copy for wording that fits your course. You can add your school logo and set the colors to match, and turn on a lead-capture step if you want an email before someone starts. Retake rules, the progress indicator, and a conversational one-at-a-time mode are all toggles you control.
Ways to share the quiz with your class
Share it however suits the room: send a direct link, post a QR code on the board, or drop it into a social feed. You can embed the quiz on a page with a snippet, or place it inside a WordPress post using the Uplup plugin shortcode. Once responses come in, analytics break results down question by question so you can spot which myth caught the most people, and you can export everything to CSV or pipe entries to other tools through webhooks and Zapier.
