Form Structure

Thank You Page

In conversational mode, each field becomes its own page for a focused experience.

Eight fields, two content pages, three to five minutes of a prospect's time. That's the entire footprint of this template, and it's deliberate: a serious buyer will answer eight questions about a property they want, while a casual browser won't sit through twenty. What reaches your inbox is a shorter list of inquiries, each one arriving with a budget, a bedroom count, and a stated role attached.

Budget, bedrooms, and who is actually asking

The form leads with contact basics: full name and email are required, phone is optional, so you never lose a lead over a number they didn't want to share. A required Property Address/Listing field ties every inquiry to a specific property, which matters when you're juggling a dozen active listings and can't afford to guess which one prompted the message.

From there, three dropdowns do the qualifying. "I am a" separates Buyers, Renters, Investors, and Agents. Budget Range spans five brackets from Under $200K to $1M+. Bedrooms runs from 1 to 5+. An optional Questions/Requirements box catches everything the dropdowns can't, like school districts, move-in timelines, or financing questions.

From a stack of inquiries to tomorrow's call list

Every submission lands in Uplup's response dashboard with per-question breakdowns, so you can see at a glance whether a listing is pulling investors or first-time buyers, and whether interest clusters in one budget bracket. Sort by role and budget and tomorrow morning's call list writes itself: cash-ready investors first, agents asking on behalf of clients later.

When you'd rather work in your own tools, export the full response set to CSV for your CRM, or connect a webhook or Zapier so each new inquiry hits your pipeline the moment a prospect submits it.

Reshape it for your market before you share it

The template is free to use, and every field in it is editable. Swap the budget brackets for your market's actual price bands, add a preferred showing time dropdown, or drop the phone field entirely. Uplup recommends conversational mode for this form, which presents one question at a time and suits a prospect filling it out on a phone from the sidewalk outside a listing.

Add your brokerage's logo and colors so the form reads as yours, then put it wherever inquiries start: a direct link in listing descriptions and email signatures, a QR code on yard signs and open house flyers, an embed on each property page, or the Uplup plugin's shortcode when the brokerage site runs on WordPress.

Who Is This Template For?

This template works for a wide range of goals and industries.

Listing-specific lead capture

Put a QR code on yard signs and flyers or a link in each listing description. The required Property Address/Listing field tells you exactly which property prompted every inquiry, so follow-up calls start with context instead of guesswork.

Qualifying buyers before the first call

The Budget Range and Bedrooms dropdowns and the required buyer type question mean each inquiry arrives pre-sorted. Agents can prioritize prospects whose budget matches the listing instead of spending the first call collecting basics.

Separating investors and renters from buyers

The "I am a" field splits Buyers, Renters, Investors, and Agents at the point of inquiry. Route rental questions to a property manager, investor inquiries to whoever handles portfolios, and keep the buyer pipeline clean.

Key Features

Three qualifying dropdowns built in

Buyer type, a five-bracket Budget Range from Under $200K to $1M+, and a Bedrooms selector from 1 to 5+ turn a contact form into a qualification step without adding to the 3 to 5 minute completion time.

Conversational mode for phones

The recommended one-question-at-a-time layout suits prospects inquiring from a phone right after a showing or a drive-by, with a progress bar and back navigation so nobody gets stuck.

Direct line to your pipeline

Review responses with per-question breakdowns in Uplup's dashboard, export everything to CSV, or push each new inquiry to your CRM automatically through webhooks or Zapier.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change the budget ranges to fit my local market?
Yes. The five brackets that ship with the template, from Under $200K to $1M+, are a starting point, not a fixture. Open the editor and retype them to match your market's real price bands, add a sixth bracket, or replace the dropdown with a short-answer field if you'd rather ask directly. The buyer type and bedroom options are editable the same way.
Does this real estate inquiry form cost anything to use?
No. It sits on Uplup's free plan, so you can copy it, edit all 8 fields, and start collecting property inquiries without paying. Response analytics, CSV export, and sharing by link, QR code, or embed are all included.
How do inquiries get from the form into my CRM?
Two ways. Export responses as a CSV and import them in bulk, or connect a webhook or Zapier so each submission is pushed to your CRM the moment a prospect hits submit. Either way you receive every answer, including the budget bracket and the listing address that triggered the inquiry.
