The last three fields do the planning work. An optional Number of Guests field catches plus-ones before they surprise your caterer. Dietary Preference offers five choices, from no restrictions through vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free, with an Other option for anything else. And "Gift Exchange?" asks directly whether each guest is in or out, so nobody shows up empty-handed to a Secret Santa they didn't know about.

From a pile of replies to a party plan
