Alumni Reunion RSVP

"Will you attend?" That's the one question every reunion committee actually needs answered, and this form asks it plainly, with Yes, No, and Maybe as the options. Everything else on the Alumni Reunion RSVP template supports that answer: who's coming, how many guests they're bringing, and what they've been up to since graduation.

Seven questions, one honest headcount

The form collects seven fields across a cover page, two content pages, and an ending page. Name and email are required, so every reply traces back to a real classmate. Phone, graduation year, and guest count are optional, which keeps things quick for people who just want to say yes and move on. Most alumni finish in the estimated four to six minutes.
