Configure how your form behaves with Uplup’s settings. Control submission limits, spam protection, integrations, and customize your finish page – all accessible from buttons in the form builder.

Settings Overview
Form settings in Uplup are organized into three main areas, accessible from buttons in the top-right of the Edit tab:
Design – Styling, themes, and finish page customization
Integrations – CRM connections, analytics, payments, and scheduling
Security – Submission limits, spam protection, and location restrictions
Security Settings
Click the “Security” button to access form protection and submission controls.
Submissions Tab
Control how many times users can submit your form:
One submission per person – Each person can only submit once. Duplicate submissions are blocked.
Allow multiple submissions – People can submit multiple times (up to a limit you set).
Spam Protection Tab
Protect your form from spam and bot submissions:
reCAPTCHA – Add Google reCAPTCHA verification
Honeypot fields – Hidden fields that catch bots
Rate limiting – Prevent rapid-fire submissions
Location Tab
Control where your form can be accessed from:
Allow all countries – No geographic restrictions
Block specific countries – Prevent access from selected locations
Allow only specific countries – Restrict to selected locations only
Integrations
Click the “Integrations” button to connect your form with external tools and services.

Connect to customer relationship management tools (25+ CRM integrations ):
ActiveCampaign, AWeber, Benchmark Email
Brevo, Campaign Monitor, Constant Contact
ConvertKit, Drip, GetResponse

Design & Finish Page
Click the “Design” button to customize your form’s appearance and finish page.
Design Modal Tabs
Text – Typography settings (font family, size, weight)
Fields – Input field styling (borders, backgrounds, spacing)
Form – Overall form container styling and backgrounds
Finish Page – Customize the thank you/completion page
Finish Page Customization
The Finish Page tab lets you customize what users see after submitting:
Thank you message – Custom heading and body text
Styling – Colors and formatting for the completion screen
Actions – Options for what happens after submission
Editing Form Name
Click the form name in the header (next to the home icon) to rename your form. This is the internal name used for organizing forms in your dashboard.
Form Status
Forms can be in different states:
Draft – Form is not yet published
Published – Form is live and accepting submissions
Use the “Save” button to save changes, and click “Publish” tab to make your form live.
