How to Whitelist / Block Users in an Uplup Contest

With Uplup, you can easily whitelist or block users in your contest. Why would you need to do this? If a user is marked as spam, but they’re a legitimate entry (a false-positive spam block), you can add them to the Whitelist Users list. This will make it so they bypass the spam filters. Conversely, if you want to block a user, you can add them to the Block Users list.

Step 1.

First, go to the Contests section of your account. Then, click on the Whitelist Users tab.

Step 2.

From here, you can add user emails to either the Whitelist Users or Block Users list. Click the save button when you’re done!

Note: this will will apply to all contests within your brand.
