Located one block from St. Augustine beach, Cafe 11 is intensely intimate. Beginning as a convenience store, Cafe 11 was slowly but surely transformed into a music venue and reataurant. Though the venue really only hosts about 1-2 shows a month, the bands that make it out to play at Cafe 11's 100 capacity venue really seek the venue out. Notable acts have come through and promoted St. Augustine's blossoming indie scene. The venue also has quite a wide breadth of meal options available. Feel free to sit upon the bar and order a drink and dinner, while enjoying the band play on a stage barely above floor level and spannng 15 feet across. The environment and atmosphere is touching and intimate, and though the shows themselves are sparse, they really are something special.
