In the dusty reaches of Southwestern Oklahoma, The Railhead Saloon is keeping metal alive! The jukebox is one of the only ones you'll find with the likes of Cannibal Corpse, Dio, Deicide, Sepultura, Pantera and Napalm Death on the menu. Speaking of menus, the full bar is sure to please as well. Slam back a couple of Black Tooth Grins while you're there.
The Railhead has live metal bands every weekend, and the turn out is usually pretty good. Many metal loving US Service men and women come from the nearby Army base looking for a good time. From a band's perspective, the Railhead is great. You feel right at home here. They even record your show for you. The only hitch is, they don't pay you the 1st time you play, so bring some merch. If they like you and ask you back, they'll pay between $100 and $200 just for playing. Definitely worth looking into.
