The Kimmel Center ForThe Performing Arts/Verizon Hall

The Kimmel Center For The Performing Arts. in particular The Verizon Hall Auditorium which is located in this building, is a great venue for attending concerts. Founded in 1996 and basically the brainchild of former Philadelphia PA mayor Ed Rendell and The Philadelphia Orchestra, The Kimmell Center/Verizon Hall is a place where you can hear great music, eat great food ( they had Frog Legs on the menu one night!) Seating over 1,000 patrons, Verizon Hall may seem huge but in essence you will never feel far away from the stage.
