Dim Mak Studios is a venue mainly used for electronic music shows, though they do have live bands perform as well. The space itself is pretty small (intimate) which lends a hand to the general vibe of the place as feeling trendy and popular. You enter through an alley and walk up a fair amount of stairs before actually reaching the dance floor. There is seating on both sides of the venue, a bar in the middle-back and a unisex bathroom. The club feels very urban due to the decor- graffiti all along the walls, small TV screens set up everywhere with random artwork and videos playing. The best part of this venue is that since it's small, you're likely to be able to see/talk to the performers as they hang around the venue before and after they play.
*NOTE: entrance to this club is down an alley on Cosmo street, not Hollywood Blvd.
