Upon first look, one may dismiss the venue as another dive bar in the Lower East Side, but don't be fooled by this rustic space. The National Underground, owned by brothers Gavin and Joey Degraw, has welcomed Americana into the neighborhood. The very low and open stage provides a more intimate music experience making it easier for an artist to connect to the audience. And the great drink specials at the fully stocked bar give a great envoronment to network after the show.
