Dock's Bar and Grill is a prime summertime music spot for drinks, friends, and music. They have a huge outdoor deck with a massive island bar right along Wauconda Lake. There's tones of tables and walking room. You'll usually hear rock, acoustic, and cover bands. That's the kind of music most of the crowd likes though. Dock's has a rep for being a biker bar. But, don't let that detour you from going. ALL types of people come by from young 20 somethings to middle aged / older couples.
Keep an eye out for some of the summer time bands. If you're lucky, a sweet jazz / funk band plays sometimes. Be sure to keep up with the event calendar!
