No trip to Tulsa, Oklahoma would be complete without catching a live concert or comedy performance at Brady Theater. It's namesake is so legendary, Tulsa's entire entertainment district shares the name Brady. Tate Brady of course, was the original builder of the nearby Cain's Ballroom, and an esteemed figure in Downtown Tulsa's arts scene.
Enough with the history lesson. The theater seats upwards of 3,000 comfortably, while somehow retaining an intimate atmosphere. Even the "nosebleed" balcony seats aren't that far away from the stage. That, coupled with the superb sound and lights, makes every show enjoyable no matter how much or how little you spend on your ticket. As with most Downtown locations, variety is king at Brady. Any musical or comedic act worth it's salt has or will play there. Ticket prices are usually higher, but that's only because if you're going to Brady Theater, you're seeing someone BIG.
